Flotation Machine

1. Application:
This machine is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metal and ferrous metal and nonmetal.
2. The machine structure
1)The machine is Turbo machinery stirring floater
2) The machine is mainly composed of slurry tank, stirring devices, pneumatic devices, discharging mineralized bubble devices ,motor ,etc.
a) Slurry tank :It is composed of stock inlet and the regulation of pulp side of the gate device , which is welded steel plate and steel rod formed into a gate .
b) Stirring device: It is used for mixing the slurry to prevent the wheel precipitate in the groove. It composed of belt , impeller , vertical axis and so on ,the impeller is made of wear -resistant rubber
c) Pneumatic device: It is composed of catheter and the trachea .when the impeller rotating ,the impeller have a negative pressure chamber to pump air through the hollow tube inhalation, and diffusion in the formation of air bubbles in the pulp group, such a large number of bubbles from the pulp of the rotating impeller forces were quickly thrown stator, further refining the pulp in the bubble, and the elimination of pulp flow flotation tank rotation, resulting in a large number of vertical rise micro-bubbles for flotation process provide the necessary conditions.
d) Mineralization of the device to exclude the bubble: It is to be floating in the tank were scraped off the surface of the bubble, mainly driven by the motor reducer, reducer component driven scraper.

3. Working principle:
The impellers are driven through V-belt transmission, which brings centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure. On the one hand, the flotation machine inhales sufficient air to mix with ore slurry; on the other hand it stirs ore slurry and mix with medication to form the mineralized froth. To adjust the height of flashboard to control the liquid level and make the useful froth scraped by loam board.

3. Every cell owns three functions: air absorption, slurry absorption, and flotation separation, and the cells form a flotation separation loop by itself without any auxiliary equipment, and is allocated horizontally, which favors the change of flow.
4. The circulation of mineral slurry is reasonable, and can avoid the disposition of coarse sand to the largest extent.
5. There is self-control device on the surface of mineral slurry, so it is easy to adjust it.
6. The impeller has backward-inclined upper and lower vanes, which produce upper and lower circulation of mineral slurry respectively
