Working Principle
the pump transmits the sand-water mixture to silt separator; the enriched fine sand through centrifugal classification is conveyed to vibration sieve via desilting mouth; the fine sand and water is effectively separated after dehydration by vibration sieve; a small amount of fine sand and silt returns to wash tank via return tank. When the level inside wash tank is too high, the liquid will be discharged from discharge port. . The material recovery weight concentration of rectilinear vibration sieve is 70%-85%.. The fineness modulus can be adjusted by changing pump speed, sand pulp concentration, adjusting overflow water and replacing sand output port so as to perform the washing, dehydration and grading functions.
